First time dinning in at this location.

Chose to sit out at their patio since I had my dogs with me, during lunch time during the mid week no was using it so I felt I had it all to myself !

I ordered a half sized salad and it came out under 8-10 mins while I sipped on their cucumber drink. They also brought out warm bread and oil to start.

~~ $10.00 half sized salad and it was big! Had to take it to-go. Worth the price

Staff was all so nice and greeted me instantly!

This review focuses on the pasta that I got, and probably does not reflect the pizzas, which are the restaurant chain's specialty.

The shrimp scampi zucchini was not bad, but it was not great either.  The sauce was on the sour side for me.  The menu did say that the dish was meant to be lighter, presumably a healthier version of the classic.  Not sure if they used vinegar or lemon to get that sour flavor.  But whatever they used, it would work better if they just used a it bit less.  This is just my personal take, and I am by no means a good Italian cook.

Also, there were just lots of zucchini.  I felt like I was eating a whole zucchini, with occasional bits of shrimp.

    IMHO

Daughter had a gift card to redeem!  I was her lucky guest!

We had The Works Pizza (spicy Italian sausage, rustic pepperoni, Cremini mushrooms, mozzarella, red onions, green peppers, olives and wild Greek oregano) and the Sticky Asian Cauliflower (sweet & spicy cauliflower florets w/toasted peanuts and scallions.)

Food was good and the service excellent.  Our servers checked in on us often without being obtrusive.  At the last minute my daughter had to have the Butter Cake and it was wrapped to-go.  I had to take a bite before it was packed up...and dang it was mouth-watering!!!

    Yeah, I'll be back!

Place had a waiting line on a Wednesday night, impressed how busy it gets. Hostess was nice and attentive. We walked around and our table was ready. At first we got this really weird seat that had the view of the mall, didn't like it so we switched. Then we had a waiter that just didn't give a crap about us. Wow, had to haul her over to get refills on both our waters, then again for the check. She definitely checked out during her shift. Food was nice, the new pizza was definitely great with the Serrano peppers. The fish was nice but a bit small, typical but a nice touch with the burnt wood that it laid on.

My friends and I had lunch here on a recent Saturday.  The place was super busy even though it was after 1pm but we only waited about 15 minutes for a table.  Not bad.  Overall we had good service, the food was tasty and we enjoyed out time at CPK.

I had the MUSHROOM PEPPERONI SAUSAGE pizza with thin crust - Cremini mushrooms, rustic pepperoni, spicy Italian sausage, fresh torn basil, Mozzarella and wild Greek oregano.  This was super tasty.  The meat was a bit spicy but not too overwhelming.  Large portion but I ate the whole thing.  I could not stop eating it.

One friend had the CALIFORNIA CLUB pizza - Nueske's applewood smoked bacon, grilled chicken and Mozzarella, hearth-baked then topped with avocado, wild arugula, fresh tomatoes, torn basil and Romaine tossed in lemon-pepper mayo. This is always a favorite among us. Lots of salad on top.

My other friend had the FIVE CHEESE + FRESH TOMATO pizza - Fresh and traditional Mozzarella, Monterey Jack, smoked Gouda and Romano with tomato and fresh basil.  This is my friend's favorite and it did not disappoint.  She added goat cheese to it and got a very big cheese fix.

They have remodeled since the last time I was there and I don't really understand the new seating.  We were in a high boy table right by the kitchen.  We almost seemed to be in the way of the food service.

The waitress refilled drinks often and came back to check on us regularly.  Overall a nice meal.
